Our company return policy: EXCHANGES offered is our preferred method on non-custom item(s), except for product damage if present, then a refund would be an option; in case of product damage, proof of such damage must be documented, photographed, and submitted for your claim to be considered. You have 7 days from the day you receive your item(s) to request an exchange or refund (product damage exception ONLY).
