Our company return policy: EXCHANGES are offered as our preferred method on non-custom item(s); refunds offered only for items in its original state (K.K.D. TAG ATTACHED TO GARMENT, UNWORNED, AND UNWASHED CONDITION). You have 7 days from the day you receive your item(s) to request an exchange or refund; a staff member will confirm that your exchange or refund request has been received and is under review within 24 hours of receipt. Once our staff has reviewed your exchange or refund request, you will be notified via email or text if your exchange or refund request has been approved. You will be instructed as to how to return your item(s). Once your item(s) has been received, a notification will be sent to you via email or text; you will have 30 days to exchange your item(s); a refund will be processed once item(s) have been received.
