You have 7 days from the day you receive your item(s) to request an exchange (item(s) must be in its original state, not washed or worn to be eligible for an exchange); a staff member will confirm that your exchange request has been received and is under review within 24 hours of receipt. Once our staff has reviewed your exchange request, have agreed to grant approval of your exchange request (you will be notified via email or text of approval and next steps) and have received your item(s), you have 30 days to exchange your item(s).
