We started ERCC Unique Kenton's Kustom Designs with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience.  We are an online only store, everything we do is designed with our customer safety in mind! Our inventory is handled with precaution and prepared with cleanliness and sanitized.

Privacy & Safety

Our privacy policy complies with the platform used to manage our store. We do not collect any information that is not allowed by law. We use Wix platform to operate and manage our online store. Please visit Wix.com for more information and details about how your personal information is managed.

   Due to the time involved to customize and/or custom design an order for our customers, we will require a non-refundable deposit of $5 for each individual item ordered for customizing or custom designing your apparel. Thank you for understanding and your continued business.

Our company return policy: EXCHANGES are offered as our preferred method on non-custom item(s); refunds offered only for items in its original state (K.K.D. TAG ATTACHED TO GARMENT, UNWORNED, AND UNWASHED CONDITION). You have 7 days from the day you receive your item(s) to request an exchange or refund; a staff member will confirm that your exchange or refund request has been received and is under review within 24 hours of receipt. Once our staff has reviewed your exchange or refund request, you will be notified via email or text if your exchange or refund request has been approved. You will be instructed as to how to return your item(s). Once your item(s) has been received, a notification will be sent to you via email or text; you will have 30 days to exchange your item(s); a refund will be processed once item(s) have been received. Only one exchange or refund allowed per non-customized item(s) purchased. NO EXCHANGES on custom designed item(s).
